About the saying on our card. I heard it as part of our offering devotional and when it was said I began to cry. I had NEVER thought of the Christmas season in this way.  It had always just been about Jesus versus Santa... and JESUS is the reason for the season.  That was that... until THIS!

So simple and yet profound. I came home "knowing that was going on my Christmas card" and I called the pastor that said it to get his direct quote but he was unavailable; I went to my next best option GOOGLE!

I figured I would share my two best finds with you... in case like me you are now reeling with this TRUTH

Iconodule really long, but really good!

RustyPosey short, sweet, to the point. (and I warned him that I was stealing his quote.)

AND
Because I know you'll have to know:  My sweet bloggy friend @ FROM CHAOS TO GRACE edited the picture and added the words.   I am SOOOO pleased!  I LOVE IT!  She has a photography business and I got the idea to use her because of some artful pictures I saw on her website.  Lovely stuff!

God bless you all!

Jen, you just blew my mind - a dangerous undertaking, since I didn't have much to begin with.

This really ruined me, spiritually speaking. Thank you for messing me up entirely...

I love you.

Stuff could always be worse said...

Love your card with the thought, it is great.
